Multistage pumps and pressure vessels

Our vertical multistage pump systems are designed for maximum reliability and almost noiseless operation. These systems are suitable for pressure boosting, sprinkler irrigation and wash down duties. Durable stainless steel is used for impellers and housings on all models. Pressure vessels available in sizes ranging from 5ltr to 500ltr. The maximum pressure rating ranges from 5ltr to 50ltr 8 bar and 100ltr to 500ltr 10 bar. Certification to BS4814 is available upon request.

Submersible pumps

Hortech Systems supplies and installs the VORTEX submersible pump system for sewage water. VORTEX systems are supplied with a transport handle, float switch and a cable with plug. The discharge body and upper mounting come in grey cast iron. complete with anti-corrosive treatment. These units have a polycarbonate impeller that allows for the free passage of particles in suspension of Ø35mm. Filters are housed in rigid plastic with the motor housing and transport handle set in stainless steel.

Our 4” bore hole submersible pumps are multistage pumps submersible for up to 250 metres. The external housing, upper chambers and motor supports are all manufactured in stainless steel. The impellers and diffusers are fabricated in polycarbonate. Powerful PSC Motors by Franklin Electronic are fitted to each unit. All single-phase submersible pumps are supplied complete with a control box. Flow rates are up to 280 ltr/min.

Hydrovar – New variable speed control system for hydraulic pumps

Hydrovar is the world’s first pump mounted, microprocessor-based pumping system controller. The Hydrovar does much more than just change the motor speed; it manages your pump’s performance across a wide range of system conditions and requirements, allowing energy savings of up to 70%. By combining this system with conventional hydraulic pumps, Lowara have created an extremely versatile range of pumps for use in HVAC, water supply, irrigation, filtration, pressure wash, boiler feed, circulation and a range of OEM applications.

The Hydrovar variable speed controller can be mounted or retrofitted to any existing centrifugal pump or fan that has a standard IEC motor. The units are available in powers from 0.37 Kw to 525kW and can be wall mounted or mounted directly onto the pump motor (horizontal or vertical).
